Watchlists beside your work
The tickers you follow now have a home. The Watch icon in the dock opens your watchlists in a panel next to whatever you are looking at, Watch in the navigation rail opens them full width, and the new Watchlist widget puts a list on any dashboard tab.- Sections. Every list starts with sections for crypto, stocks, forex, commodities, ETFs and indices, and each ticker lands in its own market. Add your own sections, rename or delete any of them, and move tickers between sections and lists.
- Adding tickers. Click the star on a Price list card or in the Price widget, right-click a ticker in search, the screener, a Price list or a news story and choose Add to watchlist, or, on desktop, drag a ticker from the screener, a Price list or a news story straight onto the list.
- Flags and columns. Mark a ticker with one of eight colour flags, choose which columns the panel, the page and the widget show, and let prices refresh every 30 seconds.
- An overview in place. In the panel, click a ticker for an overview of its price, key stats, chart, performance and more, without leaving the page.
- Notes. Keep short notes on any ticker, in the watchlist or in the new Notes tab next to Explore on wide ticker pages.
- Share and copy. Share a list with a link that anyone can view, replace the link or stop sharing at any time. Whoever opens the link can save their own copy.
- CSV. Export a list as a CSV file, or import one into a list or as a new list.
Your own tags
Right-click a ticker and choose Tags to label it your way, for example#earnings or #longterm, and gather tickers from any market under the same tag. In ticker search, type # to narrow the market tabs down to a tag. In Ask AI, attach a tag to a question so the answer covers the tickers behind it.
Inbox
Inbox in the dock collects triggered alerts and market digests in one feed, with a badge for what you have not read. Open a notification to go where it points, mark it read or unread, or delete it with undo.Search every market at once
Ticker search now opens on an All tab as soon as you type. It lists matches from stocks, crypto, ETFs, forex, commodities and indices together, best match first, and keeps a count on every market tab.Dashboard tabs, handled in place
- Rename in place. Double-click a dashboard tab and its name becomes editable right in the tab row. Press Enter to keep the new name or Escape to leave it as it was.
- Settings on right-click. Right-click a tab to open its board settings menu right where you clicked.
- Built-in and your own, kept apart. The Main, Crypto and Stock tabs stay together at the start of the row, and the dashboards you create follow them. You can still reorder tabs by dragging, each within its own group.
- A name first. Creating a dashboard no longer fills in a default name: the field starts empty and asks you for one before the dashboard is created.
- Shift and scroll. On desktop, hold Shift and turn the mouse wheel over the dashboard’s sections to move sideways from one section to the next. Charts that use the wheel themselves keep it.
Ticker pages that say what they know
Price performance now reads each market on its own terms. Stocks, ETFs, forex, indices and commodities show their 52-week high and 52-week low, together with the distance from the 52-week high; crypto keeps its all-time high and low. Prices carry the currency the asset actually trades in: a London listing quoted in pence reads1416.20p, a futures price in cents reads 504.25¢, and an index, which has no currency, shows its level without a dollar sign. The price at the top of the ticker page follows the same rule: a US stock reads $239.24 rather than USD 239.24.
Under the price, Price performance also says where the trading session stands: Pre-market, Market open, After hours, Market closed or Market holiday, followed by the time of the last update.
When a ticker simply has no data for a widget, the widget now says so instead of showing an error:
- Analyst ratings shows No analyst coverage for tickers that analysts do not follow.
- Widgets such as price target, earnings, revenue, dividends, P/E and capital structure show Not available for this ticker.
- Economic outline and Key indicators say there is nothing for this ticker yet, rather than leaving an empty panel.
Answers at the bottom of every ticker page
Ticker pages for stocks, ETFs, crypto, forex, indices and commodities now close with Frequently asked questions: short answers to what people most often want to know about the asset — its price today and how it has moved, its market cap, how volatile it is and its 52-week range, and, where the data exists, analyst views, earnings, dividends and competitors. The answers are built from the same live data as the rest of the page and carry the date they were taken from; a question the page has no data for is simply left out.Tables and the screener
Column headers in tables now carry a short hint: hover or focus a header to see what the metric means and how it is measured. The screener table has a refreshed look, and on a phone its filters sit in a single row you can scroll sideways, with All filters opening every filter in a sheet from the bottom of the screen. Tables also keep your sorting when they restore your saved columns, instead of dropping it.Signing in, with context
When something needs an account, the sign-in window now says what you were about to do. Send a question to Ask AI as a guest and the window shows your message and tells you it will be sent after sign-in; create a dashboard and it names the dashboard it is about to create; open the settings of a section and it names the section. Close the window instead, and a short note confirms what was left undone. Opened from Sign In / Sign Up in the account menu, the window greets you with the familiar Welcome to I88, now with a line that you can sign in or create an account there. If your session runs out while you are saving a change, you no longer get signed out without a word. A Session expired window asks you to sign in again, and once you are back in the same account, the change you were making goes through by itself.Ask AI, keyboard hints and widgets
The Ask AI chat now ends with a short reminder that AI can make mistakes and that its responses are not financial advice. Keyboard hints in the Ask AI ticker and element pickers, in table column headers and in the board settings menu are now drawn as keys and follow your keyboard: undo reads ⌘ Z on a Mac and Ctrl Z on Windows, and Shift shows as ⇧ on a Mac. The US Inflation widget loads correctly when inflation is unchanged from a year earlier, and shows the change as unchanged.Added
